Quality and creativity characterise the new collection by Riedel Textil. Based on the various new developments of basic qualities, the broad variety of smooth single jerseys is supplemented by structures, stripes, drop needles, mélanges and double faces.
Highlights are new roughened and brushed fabrics. Thanks to our combined roughening, brushing and sanding machine we now have the possibility to offer existing qualities and innovations with new surface effects. Single jerseys become suitable for winter – as warming under- or night wear.
For our new collection we use a wide range of materials, including high-class cotton yarns, viscose, Micromodal®Air pure or in blends with silk, wool and cashmere.
Selection of new qualities:
• wide-meshed structures in viscose/wool or cotton/modal
• cotton for sweatshirts in various weights, also available as roughened versions
• double faces in wool/micromodal
• light and flowing jerseys in viscose/wool
• punto romano interlock in viscose/polyamide
• Micro-Viscose from light to heavy
• Polyamide jerseys for shape wear
• MicroModal® mélanges as singles, striped fabrics and interlocks
Trendreport
The season autumn/winter 2012/13 pursues the feast of colours of the past seasons. Vivid and intense colours come into their own in appealing and sophisticated materials. The colours shine like rays of light from the universe and the dark.
A strong and sunny yellow revives neutral shades like grey and beige. A beaming red in combination with pink, gold and olive create a passionate colour mood.
Various shades of green with teal as a contrast create new and interesting images. These combinations appear innovative, elegant and up to date. Shimmering and changing fabrics appear clear and up to date. The delicateness of frost patterns or feathers creates a soft contrast.
